Consent to personal data processing on registration

Freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I consent to the processing by Zhelannyy Klimat Limited Liability Company (INN 2543050167, OGRN 1142543011445; address: 690089, Vladivostok, 7 Ulyanovskaya Street, 4th floor, Office 10) of the registration details I provide in the customer portal at https://jk-prim.ru/lk/.

Purpose: to register and maintain my customer account, verify my right to access projects, provide sign-in and account recovery, and contact me about the account.

Data: name, email address, phone number and the organisation I represent, if provided. Password verification data, session information and account recovery requests are processed to protect access. Passwords are not stored in plain text.

Operations: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, access by authorised employees of the controller, restriction, erasure and destruction. Processing is both automated and manual. A technical service provider may access data only to the extent necessary under instructions from the controller and in compliance with Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

This consent remains valid while I use the account, until it is closed at my request or I withdraw consent. Documents and information required to perform a contract or meet a statutory retention obligation are processed on separate lawful grounds for the applicable periods. Closing an account does not replace performance of contractual obligations.

I may withdraw consent and request account closure by writing to info@jk-prim.ru or the controller's postal address. The controller will securely verify that the account belongs to me. Where no other lawful basis exists, data is destroyed within 30 days after withdrawal.

This consent does not authorise advertising messages, publication of information or images, disclosure to an unrestricted audience or cross-border transfers. Processing enquiries, messages and contract documents is described separately in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

Consent is given through a separate, initially unchecked box during registration. The server records the time, consent version and text, and its association with the account. Creating an account or accepting other documents does not replace this checkbox.
