Consent to personal data processing for enquiries

Freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I consent to the processing by Zhelannyy Klimat Limited Liability Company (INN 2543050167, OGRN 1142543011445; address: 690089, Vladivostok, 7 Ulyanovskaya Street, 4th floor, Office 10) of the personal data I provide in the enquiry form at https://jk-prim.ru.

Purpose: to review my enquiry, clarify requirements, prepare a reply or preliminary estimate and contact me about this enquiry.

Data: name and phone number, plus email address, organisation name, project address and requirements if I provide them in the form. Only information actually supplied is processed.

Operations: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, access by authorised employees of the controller, restriction, erasure and destruction. Processing is both automated and manual. A technical service provider may access data only to the extent necessary under instructions from the controller and in compliance with Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

Consent remains valid until the enquiry and related correspondence are concluded, for no more than 12 months from submission, or until withdrawal, whichever is earlier. Separate lawful grounds may apply to performance of a contract and statutory document retention.

I may withdraw consent by writing to info@jk-prim.ru or the controller's address. It is sufficient to provide information that identifies my enquiry and confirms it is mine; the controller will arrange a secure verification method if necessary. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Where no other lawful basis exists, data is destroyed within 30 days after withdrawal.

This consent does not authorise advertising messages, publication of personal data, disclosure to an unrestricted audience or cross-border transfers. It is not used for these purposes.

Consent is given through a separate, initially unchecked box in the form and submission of the enquiry.
